An 18-year veteran of the firm, Loretta offers clients the unique advantage of direct access to her extensive corporate and securities legal knowledge, as well as her broad experience in government and public affairs. She manages accounts and provides counsel to clients in a wide variety of sectors including financial services, defense, asset management, energy and utilities, education and transportation. In addition, Loretta has played a key communications role in a number of significant mergers and acquisitions and crisis situations.
Prior to joining The Hubbell Group, Loretta was a corporate lawyer at a Boston-based law firm and began to acquire her valuable securities and regulatory background that she draws upon today at the Massachusetts Securities Division. Before entering the legal field, Loretta was involved in politics at the national level and held an executive position at a Washington, D.C.-based political action committee.
Loretta is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association. When she’s not guiding her PR clients in the face of change or volunteering her legal services to the elderly, she and her family make the most of the changing seasons in New England. In the summertime, she escapes to her house on Cape Cod, and when the temperatures turn, she heads north to enjoy winter sports.
